Coconut is part of the daily diet of many people. Coconut different from other fruits because they contain large amounts of "water" and as adults they are known as soft-jelly-beans or nuts and can be harvested for drinking. 

 

As adults, they still contain water and can be used as seednuts or processed to provide oil from the kernel, charcoal of hard shell and husk of the fibrous husk. endosperm initially in its nuclear phase suspended within the coconut water.
